Sonata

This  Noro yarn is a lovely blend of 35% cotton, 25% Viscose, 20% silk and 20% polyamid. 

These deeply saturated solid colors in a gorgeous array of jewel tones have slight tonal variation making for a really rich fabric when knitted up. 

It is recommended knit around a dk (5.5 st/inch) gauge on a US 6, but the store model (closeup shown left) is a summer tank that I knit in garter stitch and it is fine at a gauge of 5 st/inch.

Each 100 gm skein packs a whopping 393 yards. It takes most people 3-4 sks for a short sleeved/3/4 sleeve summer top.
